What version of the AVD have you got installed? I've got 22.6.2

I can see some pre-defined virtual devices, such as the Nexus 5, which looks like it had almost the same screen dimensions - and specifies the type of screen as well.

ETA : If I start to create a new device I can specify the pixel density..

Note that there is a real Galaxy S4 in the UI Cloud which you can use to test your layout.

I tried making an AVD with galaxy s4 specs, it ran waayyyy slow. Much slower than the standard 320x480. Maybe try Genymotion or Youwave emulators?

Run the Android SDK manager. You should see that there is an update for SDK tools. Click on Install updates and accept the terms.

i have instal b4a-bridge but don't work,Sorry... whith bridge it work... but whit cable usb dont work

Try enabling usb debugging in developer options. If the options aren't there then just go to "about" -> "build" , tap 5 or more times the android build, the dev options should appear.
