[I'm old and I played games very little]
Almost certainly there are already many games of this type but I would advise you to develop them anyway.
Very easy for the player, just one "button", to fire [remember that there is left-handed people, like me; so, allows to change the position of this "button"]
What kind of game? I don't know the category name; "first person", but the player should see the piloting controls of a fighter plane, a territory and something on which to launch missiles.
Playability ("rotate" the device, press a button and that's it) is the "goal".
I think, generally, that a nice kind of games are those in which you just "move" your device, like this one:
