B4J Question Generate Simple HTML Output

Hello,
I need to create simple, what I call, Reports using B4J.

In the past I have done this by just creating simple HTML files.

All I really need is Text with font sizes, simple tables, and simple bulleted lists.

I thought for sure something like this would be available, but I cannot find anything – may be I'm searching for the wrong thing.

Does anyone know if anything like this available – a routine or library to generate simple HTML files with text, simple tables, and simple bulleted lists?
