Android Question GeoLoc without SIM card?

I would like to use a program to find the current address on an old cell phone. I determined the coordinates (latitude and longitude) using GPS in the program. How can I find the address now? I wanted to determine this using GeoLoc. Is this only possible if there is a SIM card in the cell phone? There is no SIM card in my cell phone.

Does anyone have a solution or example?

If the phone is connected to the internet then you can use Google GeoLocation service for this.

If i don't use geoloc.address but only geoloc.lat and geoloc.lon, Is a connectilon to the internet necessary ?

Use GPS to get the actual lat and lon. No internet is needed using GPS.
For the adress you need to have Internet as the api needs internet to work.
