Android Question Get SendSms Confirmation

Hello,
using the Phone Library, and a varialbe "Dim inviaSms As PhoneSms", how can I get a message, that the message was successfully sent?

I tried yesterday, but I payed to send a sms to my friend despite a have free sms with my telephone operator. Is it possible?
