Android Question Get / set System setting ?

I'm interested in checking if my touchwiz based launcher has a value "config_fixedWallpaperOffset" set to true or false.

package com.sec.android.app.launcher;

I hope the question was clear

For example, I want to set scrollable wallpaper to true or false (modded touchwiz launcher)

Try Phone.GetSettings.

Note that not all settings are retrievable.

Thank you, I already did. This setting is launcher specific. There is no setting about that.
