Android Question Google OAuth2 - Google Drive setup

Hello, after following the Google OAuth setup tutorial:

How can i change it so I can request permissions for Google Drive instead? Such permissions I want is: uploading a file, downloading a file, delete a file, change sharing settings.

In my case would I need to use the one for "https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive" which is for full access? What if I want full access for a specific folder only , and do all the things I mentioned: i.e uploading, download, delete, share settings.
