Google Play Rejected Sale

Hi,

Logged into my Developer Console and then went to the Wallet Merchant Center to see what sales I had..

One of the sales comes up saying Rejected.
I have never had that come up before.

I then checked the order history and it comes up with:

Anyone had many of these before ?

I have had many orders say the card was declined. I guess the expiry date might of expired on there credit cards, but never had a rejected order before.

I'm familiar with similar cases with the e-commerce providers that we work with. There is not much that you can do about it.

It can be even worse. If there is a chargeback then the order is cancelled and you need to pay a fee (I don't know how it works with Google Play).

As Erel said.. your are lucky because google saved you from charge-back.. this is the situation when Google system detects an irregular activity, like when the billing address of the card is in Europe and the IP of the order is in India or Ukraine for example.. if the billing address of the card is different from the ordering IP address and the ordering IP address is in a high-risk country, then the transaction is rejected .
