GPS : Deconnected

HI, I make a program for my farm but when i use it, GPS is deconnect more and more.
When i use the same material with TomTom, i 'm never have this problem.
Is my code wrong?

How i can make my program more securisated.

I join the code program and zip for .dll i use.
