GPS navigation app

Does anyone know how to send a destination then an intent to launch navigation to that destination (from current location) USING another app than google maps navigation? (in fact an offline map navigation app like mappy gps or navigo or tomtom ?)

You should check whether the navigation apps support intents and which intent structure they expect.
