It looks like your device does not have the necessary library. What is the device and is it based on WM 5.0 or later?

EDIT:- Silly me! I've only just noticed that is a desktop message box. GPSDriver only works on a device which must use WM 5.0 or later, desktops and earlier devices don't have the necessary libraries.

    :)Y Hello Mr. Agraham

The device I am using (MDA Pro) is based on WM 5.0!
GPSDriver is located within the same Folder, as the App itself.
EDIT:- Silly me! I've only just noticed that is a desktop message box.
Sorry, I could have stated that on the forum. So, its Silly me...

    Best Regards to all,

EDIT: Testing the GPSDriverDemo on my MDA Pro, I click Connect.
I get the Error Msg = gps failed to open. The Comm Setting on the MDA is 8.
The GPSDriver.dll is in same Folder as GPSDriverdemo.

Note that there are two different ports. The 'hardware' port which connects the GPS to the device and the virtual port which is not used by GPSDriver.
Do other GPS programs work correctly on your device with these settings?

    @Erel

    :)Hello Mr. Erel

Yes, other GPS programs work correctly on my device with these settings.
For Exampl. the Gps4ppc App works great with these settings.
The Fugawi App also use the same settings, and this also works.

Well Sir , now I just took a look at the WM5 settings. They had been on Comm8.
Like I stated before, Gps4ppc, Fugawi, and another test App did work with these settings.
I just changed the settings to COMM4, and now the GPSDriver is working!!!
Whats up with this? Please explain just a little bit more to me please!
Now I will check and see if the Gps4ppc, and Fugawi also work with the new Comm4 settings.

    Best regards,
    WmC

Where do you change the port settings to port 4?

I'm not sure how to explain it. I guess it is related to what I've written in my previous post about the real port and the virtual port.
