Android Question GSM base stations info (neighboring)

Possible to get all the info about the neighboring towers ?
MCC, MNC, LAC, CellID, signal_strength ?

BGCellLocation lib allows to get ID and RSSI only.
Are these all cells of the same mobile operator (connected) only ?

Check ABWifi library.

I mean GSM cells, not WiFi. ABWifi returns empty MacAdresses of neighboring WiFi a.points.
