Gsm Provider Time

I want to get the gsm provider time, not is the same time of the device, because user can change the time in the config.
I can see if AUTO_TIME and AUTO_TIME_ZONE are enabled, in this case i get it, but when are disabled, how can i get the time from the provider?
Any help would be appreciated.

Can do it with Reflector?
long t = java.lang.System.currentTimeMillis();

This is equivalent to DateTime.Now.

in java docs i saw than this method get the network time, but i check DateTime.Now and it get the phone time.
Do you know another way to do it?

DateTime.Now just calls System.currentTimeMillis. I don't know how you can get the provider time.
