Android Question Help do wrap Serial Port Lib

I have a problem to access to Friendlyarm Android with built-in Serial and Gt-IO.
I have tryed to connet to serial port Using "/dev/ttyAMA2" but cannot access to folder.
I have tryed to change permission but cannot access.

I have found the java code of example to use built in serial with a Library .so

Who can help me to wrap this lib ?
