Help for timer

Hello,
I triy to make a timer that counts down the seconds. Once the timer to 0,the phone should ring alarm and display a notification. Of course this should also work when the application is closed.
I can not do it, is that someone can look at the attached project to help me and give me some ideas.
Also, is ringtone manager functional i with 1.60 version or higher?

I think that RingtoneManager was added in v1.90.

How long do you want to count (minutes, hours, days)?

How to update the phone to version 1.90. Have I to pay or is it gratis?

You should use a service and schedule it with StartServiceAt.

Actually my application must execute exactly the same thing as the timer on my original galaxy S2. It should continue to run when the user closes the application when it reopens and find the application. Do you think that Service Module with StartServiceAT is enough?
Moreover, again as in the original application timer I'd like that at the end of the liquidation account of seconds, an image fills the entire screen appears, better than a notification, and the telephone rings at the same time.

You should read the tutorial about services to better understand how to keep the service running.
You have two options:
- Call Service.StartForeground
- Use StartServiceAt to schedule the next time that the service will run.

You can start an activity from the service and show anything you want.
