Help on walking route?

Hi,
I want to make a customize walking route with map and gps (nice with waypoint)
I have look at the community, but find nothing.
Have make a walking route on googlemap (pc) with lat & lon and there its fine, but on the phone it's a another route.
I really don't know where to start, so if anybody will push me in the right direction I'll be grateful.

Hi Erel,
This is very nice, but I see no possibility to do this route by using GPS
