Android Question Help to understand ANR error report

I checked my developer account and it has a reported ANR for one of my apps using Galaxy Tab3 Lite. I have no others issues.

The error says: ANR Broadcast of Intent { act=android.intent.action.SCREEN_OFF flg=0x50000010 }

I have no idea where to start looking in the log to see where the error is.

The log is attached.

I appreciate any help to understand the report and find what caused this error.

The error happens inside UltimateListView.layoutChildren. It raises an event and there is an unhandled error in the event sub.
