hhow is the Best way for develop for Ios and Android?

Hi all, my question is simple, how to develop an application that connect to server via webservice and/or POST send data and receive data in Json format..... but this app need run on Android and IOS.

1) Need make 1 code for b4android and other for b4ios? or can share code?

if can share code exist any video tutorial? or any doc.
