Android Question hide other apps icon from menu and recent app list

Sorry if this has been answered but my searches came up with nothing.
Is there any way to hide the app's icon from menu or prevent from apparing,similar to lunchers or other system managment apps?my question is about other apps installed in phone

You cannot hide other apps.

But lunchers can do this for example go luncher!!!can u explain for me about this?plz see this screenshot

It is the launcher itself that is responsible for showing the apps. If your app is not a launcher then it cannot hide other apps.
