Horizontal ScrollView

Hello,
Is there such a thing as a Horizontal ScrollView?

If not, is there a way to rotate the ScrollView onto its side? or is a Horizontal ScrollView planned?

I would like scrollview to scroll both directions.
To use it as basis for a treeview, when you go deep into the tree the lines go to the right and horizontal scrolling would be of use.
