Hourglass without ProgressDialogShow?

Ive searched the forum but cant find anything.

Basically Im after a spinning hourglass like the ProgressDialogShow does but I still need the user to be able to interact with the application (and without the darkening overlay).

Does anyone know how to do this or is there any sample which does something similar?

I think that you are looking for ProgressBar with Indeterminate set to True.
