How "complete" is Basic4android?

It seems the problem b4a tries to address is the learning curve for learning Java and Android development. Does it present a complete end-to-end solution?

  • Does it support security certificate signing for provisioning on test devices?
  • Does it support provisioning for deployment in Android Market, or Amazon?
  • Does it support true representation in the simulator for various devices? For example, can we alter screen size, or select the target device, and test accurately? Are behaviors replicated, including bugs and crashes?

Thanks for your answers.

Yes, this is actually part of Android SDK.

Forgot to ask, what about support for localization of strings and resources?
Basic4android doesn't use XML files for strings and resources. You can however use a solution such as http://www.b4x.com/forum/additional-libraries-official-updates/7561-ahlocale-library.html
