B4R Question How do I use the DigiSpark?

I can select the board type okay. Board Type is Digisprark (16mhz- No USB).
Because of the way the board works there is no USB section. How can I use the DigiSpark?

Can you program it with Arduino IDE?
If so then you can compile it with B4R and then deploy it with Arduino IDE.

Thank you, I'll give that a try. I have been using the Arduino IDE. I want to just use
B4R if possible.

Choose any serial port from the list. It doesn't matter.
