I always see this kind of settings page in almost all apps. By this kind I mean:
- A main label aligned to left
- A sub label in smaller font aligned to left, explaining what main label means
- Some control like checkbox or spinner on the right
- Settings group separator text (in this case - Playback, Style of Subtitle and File List)
