How is a Settings page designed?

I always see this kind of settings page in almost all apps. By this kind I mean:

  • A main label aligned to left
  • A sub label in smaller font aligned to left, explaining what main label means
  • Some control like checkbox or spinner on the right
  • Settings group separator text (in this case - Playback, Style of Subtitle and File List)
How is this done?

Maybe they are standard listviews? I am saying this since the Audio-preferences (at least in Gingerbread) have the same layout and same options as the example you posted. Would be nice to see those added without a workaround.
