I created an application on S3 then I tried to load the application on a galaxy next, and I noticed that the layout does not fit.

How can I do?

And just resized, but I can not see the buttons below.
How do I scroll through the app to view the rest?

I set autoscale but the 2 buttons remain under the layout.

I need the layout automatically adapts

You should use anchors and designer script to make the layout adapt to any size.
