Android Question How to attivate Widget when it closed of other App?

Hi, I've this problem.
When launch the app for cleaning the cache phone (ccleaner, Zdbox,et), my widget is closed!
How can I prevent this?

Widgets are handled by the home app. You don't have any control over it.
