Android Question How to build this kind of drag and drop with snap feature game?

Hi,

Please see below image,

From the image you may get an idea how the game works,

The left side section has some pieces and on the right side there is a maps, so the user can drag and drop on it. Moreover, it will snap when the piece is right,

Can any one tell me if there is any such library?
