Android Question How to check for 16k page compatibility in apk

I have read the following link as to run a script to check which libraries are not 16k page compatible from a tool at https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/script-to-check-compatibility-16kb.168429/

But I'm lost as there is no script or executable named 'check' after I unzip the android-ndk-r28c-windows.zip archive.

Can someone simplify the steps to achieve using this tool.
