How to connect to bluetooth with Galaxy S?

Do you have a Bluetooth adapter in the computer? It seems like the IDE cannot find it.

No "Unknown Sources"

I have (Wife's) Samsung Galaxy S and have loaded B4A Bridge and can not get past "Please enable non-market applications. Under Settings - Security - Unknown sources Or Settings - Applications - Unknown sources"

I can not find any option that references "Unknown" on any tab anywhere.

I have LG that works like a charm - mainly because - I can easily find "Unknown Sources" in the Applications Tab.

What do I need to do to get the Samsung Galaxy S to gain permission for the B4A Bridge?

The carrier (AT&T ?) may have disable this feature.
In that case you will need to either root the device or use USB debugging.

On my S III, it is under settings, security and lock screen, device administration, unknown sources. I know they moved it.
