You should make it easier for yourself, just use a background image.
Options:
  1. Create a background image using GIMP or Photoshop
  2. Create using the designer - 1 centre panel, 4 smaller panels (rounded to make circles) 1 per corner anchored
  3. Create using code - Read the link below on how to create circles, just place 4 in each corner of a panel
