Android Question How to detect if an Dialog Box is open/visible?

I need how to detect if a an dialog box, anyone, is open/visible and then get your text.

This dialog box is not my control, it can show by many reasons.

I assume that you are asking about modal dialogs. It is not possible. However modal dialogs can only show as a result of your code.
