how to get a file from the SD card

Here's what I trying to do. I create a file on the regular computer and attach that file to an email and send it to my gmail. On my nexus 7 I open the email and save the attachment. It saves it to the downloads folder on the SD card. How do I read that file from the SD downloads folder in my program. I new at B4a but am learning fast. If you could show my code I learn faster.

The folder is probably under: /<sdcard>/Download

Log(File.ReadString(File.DirRootExternal, "Download/<file name>"))

Thanks I was wondering if you could put the directory with the file name. Learning more every day.
