I would like to get or set the fps rate of camera in video mode? help please

Ok, I will pickup form this point. I have seen both the B4A & B4J CCTV codes and it would be more interesting if there's a way to adjust the fps rate of recording . Whether it is on the device(B4A) or at the host PC(B4J). AFAIK , dedicated CCTVs are having those capabilities. A sample code is highly appreciated - and always an ideal starting point .
