how to get process destroy event?

I want to save some data on OS destroying a process. how to get the event? Is there a process pause event?
how to know all activities and service are paused?

There is no such event. When Android decides to kill the process it kills it immediately.

A process is never paused. Only activities are paused.

The same is true for services. They are never paused.
