Android Question How to know the minimum API label or Android version

Hi, Im using a many libraries in my app and I know some of them needs a minimum API label to run.
I suppouse I have to check it and warn the user the app will not work.
How van I do it?

Any way to know, by the libraries Im using which is that minumum?
