Android Question How to make a floating marker with GoogleMaps?

Hi,

I would like to build something as in the attachment (screendump). The marker is positioned in the middle of the map. This is floating above the map. When you drag the map this marker stays in the middle and when you stop dragging the location will be showed in the bar above.

How can you create such a marker that is fixed above a window?

It is not part of the map. It should be an ImageView that is added above the map.
