Android Question How to move panels?

Hello, I need to do something similar to the image attached.
The problem is I do not know how to allow the user to move the panels site and remain stored the selected positions.
I searched the forums but have not found an example that may serve me.

Besides what is mentioned above, you can store the 'Left' and 'Top' properties in a 2-field SQLite table
(as you are dragging the views).. means the L&T fields are updated in real time, and when you are done
with the drag, then the SQLite fields hold the last values of the view's L&T properties.
When you run your app again, don't forget to assign the L&T of the view to the stored values, so it can
show the last position before closing the app. (Activity.Create)
