Android Question How To Re-Show Rp.PERMISSION_ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION dialog

I download n Run sample code about Fused Location Provider from this forum and run as it , first run it show dialog option to allow / don't allow device location option. If user choose don''t allow for 2 times when it show on app running first, that dialog wont show again for next time and like forever.
My question is : How to show that dialog option again without uninstall/reinstall the apps ?

You cannot show it again. The user will need to grant this permission from the settings app.
