Android Question How to read and write a file to Dropbox?

Im planning to use dropbox to sync data between a win32 app and the b4a app.
The idea is the win32 app writes to dropbox, dropbox make its magic, the file is in the cel dropbox and the b4a app can read it and viceversa.
How can I do it?
