How to reconnect to an app in debug mode

I compiled in debug mode, and it takes like 5 min for my app to compile. And every damned time it disconnects cause my CPU is still busy from the compile

Is there a way to reconnect debug mode, without recompiling, over usb ?

Can you post the compilation dialog text?

You can use Alt + 4. The IDE will try to restart the app and connect to it.

It compiles just fine.

Alt 4 doesnt work. It pops up the debug menu in the IDE but doesnt do anything to the device.
