Android Question How to sunc a file between android and PC

How can I sync or copy a file from android to PC using USB cable or Wifi ?
I tried to do the oposite, from PC to android, I can see the phone Internal Memory and SD with Windows explorer but ehen I try to locate the directory from a win32 exe app the device is not in the list.

If you are using B4A-Bridge then it includes a FTP server. Just go to Tools - B4A-Bridge - Open File Explorer

Both options are automatic and transparent (ftp itself, not B4A-Bridge).

The user needs to press a button and tranfer a file from the b4a app to a PC folder, can it be done?

There are many discussions related to Dropbox. No solution over wifi will work without some configuration.
