Android Question How to test about EncodeBase64_DecodeBase64_WithStringUtils?

I 've learned about this. I've tried to do myself,but I have error. Please explain to me ,or show the corrected for me.

I test only the emulator,I don't have sdcard. How should I edit the coding?

Seems like the sd card you created is read-only. You should create a new AVD (emulator) and make sure that it is not read-only.

OK I have done,but I would like to know that how is it useful or better than the simple strategy. I think that I could do the simple strategy.
