Android Question How to use Each and In

Hello every body i am new in basic4android and i've been doing small tests to get started untill i was blocked this afternoon with Each and In and Ucase please help me debug i attached my code.I am tring to make a program that will count the nomber of Vowels and consonants in a given text.Help Help

You should avoid writing duplicated code.

You should do something like:

For i = 0 To txt.Length - 1
 Dim c As String = txt.CharAt(i)
 If "AEIOU".Contains(c) Then
  count = count + 1
  EditText4.Text = count
Else If "BCD...
