how to using an EditText as output

Hello guys.

I'm making a simple program.
The user enters a value in a "edittex".
The program is responsible for making the numerical calculations, then I want to print the answer on a EditText, but I can not do.

Just use the EditText.Text property.

So:

editText1.Text = "My output"
or
editText1.Text = outputVar
