iOS Question How'd They Do That? Distribute app directly to Non-Jailbreak device

When you access it with Safari, you will install their "market app" then you can install almost every app on Non-jailbreak device. Is it the best way to distribute app without Apple Appstore?

Each ipa file should be signed. They sign it with their own certificate.
