HTML Header in Webview

As I am using Webview for HTML Table to populate SQL Data (like grid).When I scroll down the pages,the header of HTML table gets hide.Is there any solution to keep stay the header ? Pls advise ASAP.

Maybe use another view placed directly above webview to hold header data. Could be just a label if it is just text or even another webview if it is more complex.
