B4J Question HTMLEditor and Device Language

Greetings.

How do I get HTMLEditor to be sensitive to the device language [GetSystemProperty("user.language","")]?

When the mouse hovers over any of the controls, the context is always in English, e.g., "Bold "or "Paste" (Spanish Negrita and Pegar).
