Can someone share best practice and best way to use HTTP POST and HTTP GET over HTTP and HTTPS with optional use of PROXY SERVER?

Is it possible to use HTTP JOB as HTTP POST and HTTP GET job?
If is possible then any example is welcome.

Learn how to use OkHttpUtils2 without a proxy: [B4X] OkHttpUtils2 with Wait For

Once you understand it you should apply the changes required for a proxy. It should be simple to make it optional.
