When This block is hit,, does it EVER go back and really do the requested work or are you just screwed ?

I'm not 100% sure, but unless Erel added in some kind of behind the scenes buffering of requests to start HTTP Utils "jobs" then I'd say you would need to check for this happening and try again later yourself. Or find a way to buffer the job requests yourself if it cannot start due to being busy already.

The request will be ignored. Note that HttpUtils2 does allow you to submit multiple jobs. For all new projects it is recommended to use HttpUtils2 instead of HttpUtils.
